OVEN-FRIED FISH | |
2 lbs. fresh fish 1 tbsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs 1/4 c. butter Cut fish into serving-size portions. Combine salt and milk. Dip the fish into milk mixture and roll in the crumbs. Place on a well-greased baking dish and drizzle with melted butter. Bake in a 500 degree preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until portions flake easily when toasted with fork. |
