HAMBURGER-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 medium onion, chopped
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. catsup
8 oz. noodles
2/3 c. sliced olives
2 c. tomato juice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Brown onion and hamburger. Cook noodles. Layer in large (9 x 13) casserole in this order: hamburger/onion, 1/2 cup catsup, 1/2 of noodles, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup sliced olives, 1 cup tomato juice, 1 can mushroom soup, 1/4 pound grated Cheddar cheese. Repeat once with same quantities.

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes. Great for a large group. Also freezes well.
