LIME-COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese, drained
1 c. boiling water
Dash of salt
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Lettuce

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Stir in salt and pineapple. Pour into dish or mold and chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cottage cheese, whipped cream and nuts. Turn into 8 x 8 inch pan and place in refrigerator until congealed. Serve on lettuce leave with mayonnaise. Yield: 6-8 servings.
