BEEF STEW 
1 lb. stew meat
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/3 c. chopped onion
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 bay leaves
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 can corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. diced potatoes
6 c. water

Combine all ingredients in soup kettle. Cover and simmer at least 3 hours. Or can cook 8-12 hours on low heat in crock pot. (If cooked in crock pot, reduce water to 4 cups.)
