BEST EVER CHOCOLATE ICING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. half and half
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine chocolate chips and half and half, and butter in a saucepan. Place over medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Remove from heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Remove from heat, blend in powdered sugar. Set saucepan in ice and beat until frosting holds its shape. Yield: enough for 2 layers of sheet (3 cups). Makes a packaged cake mix wonderful!
