CHICKEN THIGHS 
6 chicken thighs, boned and skinned
Slice of ham
Cheese
Onions
Mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
Salt and pepper

Fold slices of ham in the middle of each thigh. Put a piece of cheese on top. Add a few diced onions and canned mushrooms, if wanted. Put soup on top. Salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
