MEIGS COUNTY BLUE RIBBON
ZUCCHINI BREAD
 
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini squash
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 oz. chopped nuts

Mix sugar and oil; add eggs. Mix well. Add rest of ingredients; pour into greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. When it bakes an hour it's done.
