SWISS STEAK 
1 round steak
1 lg. tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown steak in small amount of oil on both sides. Salt and pepper both sides of steak. Pour tomato sauce over steak. Turn burner on low and cover. Simmer on low for 1 1/2 hours. Cut into serving sizes. Serve with gravy over mashed potatoes.
