TERRILEE HEBERT'S VEAL CUTLETS 
4 veal cutlets
1 med. onion
1 med. potato
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Dip veal cutlets into beaten egg, then into mixture of flour, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Brown lightly in small amount of oil. Remove from fry pan and place in oven to table pan. Chop pepper and onion in rings; scatter on top of veal. Mix barbecue sauce and ketchup together, and pour over onion, pepper and veal. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
