GRANDMA GARWOOD'S MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 onion, chopped
1 to 2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 egg
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Mix all ingredients, except soup and water, well and shape into balls. Shake the meatballs in a bag of flour to coat meatballs. Brown in large fry pan. Simmer for 1 hour in mushroom soup and water mixture. Spoon over rice or noodles.
