PAULINE'S CHILI 
3 1/2 lb. chili meat
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 oz. Morton's chili blend
3 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Accent

Brown meat; add water, tomato juice, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper and cook until meat is done. Add chili. Blend and boil for 30 minutes.

TO MAKE CREAMED CHILI:

Use ingredients and instructions above, BUT, after you have added the Chili Blend, cook only 5 minutes longer; then dip off all the grease, saving enough of it to blend 1/2 cup flour and stir mixture into the chili. Bring to a boil and set off heat.

Cooked and drained Pinto beans may be added to either recipe as desired.
