PARTY PUNCH | |
6 c. sugar 1 sm. can orange juice concentrate 1 lg. can orange juice concentrate (total 18 oz.) 1 lg. can pineapple juice 1 sm. crushed pineapple 1 jar maraschino cherries 4 qts. ginger ale 6 oz. rum (optional) Bring 1 quart water and sugar to boil. Set aside. Mix small and large cans of orange juice concentrates, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, and cherries. Add all liquid together in large container. Add another 1 quart of water. Divide liquid into 4 sections. Freeze each section. Two hours before serving time, set out 1 section of frozen mixture until slushy. Pour into punch bowl. Add 1 quart ginger ale to 1 section of frozen mixture. Add rum, if desired. Will refill punch bowl 3 additional times. |
