MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. corn meal
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic flakes
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. cream corn
1/2 can chopped chilies

Mix all together well and put into greased hot iron skillet and cook in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
