B-B-Q REDFISH 
2 lg. red fish, 4 filets

Filet red fish leaving scales on. Season filets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper and any other seasonings of your choice. Prepare b-b-q pit. When coals are white, place filets on grill, scale side down.

Baste filets with following sauce: 1 c. BBQ sauce 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Tabasco to taste

Baste fish often with sauce. Cook 25 to 30 minutes on grill or until meat is firm, white and begins to pull away from skin. Serve immediately with remaining sauce.
