1 box yellow cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. box pineapple instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
20 oz. drained pineapple
Sm. container Cool Whip
Coconut, optional

Bake cake as directed in 9 x 13 pan and cool. Mix cream cheese, pudding, and milk and spread on cake. Next, spread pineapple. Top with the Cool Whip and then coconut.
