CAROB PUDDING 
1 c. water
1/2 c. cashews

Blend. Pour in pan.

Blend and add: 3/4 c. chopped dates 1 tsp. vanilla, maple or almond flavor 1/4 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. carob powder 3 tbsp. cornstarch

Pour in saucepan. Simmer, stir constantly until thick.
