ASSATEAGUE DELIGHT 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli, broken into 2-inch pieces and cooked
5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
6 good sized sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 c. yellow onion, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp or crab

Mix all of the above together and chill.
