2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. thyme
2 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tbsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. sage

Strip skin off of the chicken. Wet; put in a bag with coating mix. Shake.
