4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 qt. Coffee Rich
Vanilla
Milk

Beat eggs with sugar. Add condensed milk, Coffee Rich, and vanilla to taste. Mix well. Fill freezer with mix and add milk to fill line. Freeze following directions with your freezer. For chocolate chip mint, substitute mint flavoring for vanilla and add grated semi-sweet chocolate (1-2 ounce) halfway through freezing. Makes 1 gallon.
