CHIE'S BARBECUE SAUCE | |
1 tbsp. butter, melted 1 c. Heinz ketchup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. Gulden mustard 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. chili powder 1/3 tsp. garlic powder Generous dash McIlhenny Co. Tabasco (pepper sauce) Melt butter in saucepan, add all ingredients and mix well. Bring to light boil on medium heat. Serve over your favorite meat or refrigerate for future use. |
