CONGEALED CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. lg. curd cottage cheese
3/4 c. peeled, seeded, grated cucumber, drained
1/2 c. chopped almonds, toasted
1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
Lettuce leaves

Combine gelatin and hot water; stir until gelatin dissolves. Stir in mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients. Pour into 6 lightly oiled 1/2 cup molds; chill until firm. Unmold onto lettuce-lined salad plates. Yield: 6 servings.
