PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 tall can pineapple tidbits
1 c. strong cheese, grated
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice
25 Ritz crackers

Drain pineapple tidbits but reserve juice. Mix flour and cheese. Add juices, then tidbits. Put into baking dish. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top. Pour a little soft butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
