TUNA AND FRUIT SALAD | |
12 oz. fresh tuna, cooked and flaked 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 med. apple, cored and chopped 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion 1/2 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 3 tbsp. lemon juice Two (6 1/2 ounce) cans water-packed light tuna may be substituted. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Serves 6. |
