GREEN BEANS WITH MUSHROOMS 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
1 tbsp. oil
1 green onion, finely chopped or 1 tbsp. shallots, finely chopped
1/4 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. flour

Cook green beans according to package directions; drain and place in a serving dish. Keep hot. Meanwhile, saute onions or shallots in oil over medium heat until tender. Add sliced mushrooms and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until mushrooms are tender.

Combine paprika and flour. Sprinkle over mushrooms and cook, stirring, 1 mintue. Add mushrooms to green beans in serving dish and toss lightly to mix. Serve at once.
