LASAGNE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1/3 c. minced onion
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown above ingredients, drain off fat.

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
1 (5oz.) can mushroom steak sauce

Simmer for about one hour. Combine 12 ounces cottage cheese, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon milk. Shred 12 ounces Mozzarella cheese and 8 ounces of Cheddar cheese.

Cook and drain 1 package lasagne noodles. In a greased 11 x 9 inch pan lay half the noodles, cover with cottage cheese mix, meat sauce and cheese. Repeat making two layers. Cover with foil and cook 1 hour removing foil the last 10 minutes. Oven at 350 degrees.
