BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onions
6 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli, thawed and squeezed
3 eggs, well beaten
Cracker crumbs

This is to remove as much water as possible.

Fry onions in 4 tablespoons of butter; add flour and water. Stir until thick, then add cheese. Combine sauce with broccoli, then add eggs.

Pour into greased casserole and top with buttered crumbs, using the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
