CHILI 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 chopped hot green cherry pepper
2 chopped hot red cherry peppers
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
2 1/2 c. tomatoes (#2 can)
2 cans kidney beans
1/2 tsp. salt; optional
3 tsp. chili powder

Melt butter in Dutch oven. Add chopped onion, garlic, peppers, and saute for 3 minutes until soft and brown. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 2 hours on top of stove or in a 300 degree oven for 2 hours.
