1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. brown sugar

2 c. warm water

Mix all in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 4-5 hands full of mini-marshmallows over above 3 ingredients.

Mix 1 Duncan Hines devils food cake mix according to directions. Pour over top to cover marshmallows. Sprinkle 1 cup nuts over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Don't have to grease pan. Serves 16.
