1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
Chocolate candy stars

Mix egg and sugar thoroughly. Add peanut butter and mix well. Drop small teaspoon of batter on cookie sheet and top each cookie with 1 chocolate star. Press down and shape.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let rest on cookie sheet for a minute or two before removing. Makes 3-4 dozen cookies.
