MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground round
1 lb. pork sausage, hot
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
Bread crumbs
Chopped onions and green peppers

Place ground round, hot sausage, garlic, onions, peppers and oregano into a large mixing bowl and blend thoroughly. Add about 2/3 of the tomato sauce and bread crumbs until the mixture becomes sticky. Place in a loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees. Drain often. When done, pour remainder of sauce on top of the meat loaf. Turn off oven. Let stand in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
