PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD | |
Shred 1 pound Cheddar cheese and 1/3 can pimento. In saucepan, beat 1 egg, add 3/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup water and 3/4 cup sugar. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, bring to a boil. Add 4 tablespoons Miracle Whip and 1 tablespoon butter. Put cheese and pimento into mixer bowl and start on low. Add hot dressing a little at a time and mix well about 5 minutes at medium speed. Cool. |
