BLUEBERRY GELATIN DELIGHT 
1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 c. blueberry juice
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (16 oz.) can blueberries, drained
2 sliced bananas
1 c. pecans (walnuts)

Prepare Jello according to packaged directions, substituting 1 cup of liquid from blueberries. Allow to chill.

Fold in remaining ingredients and serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Spoon reserved blueberries on top. May also blend whipped cream or Cool Whip into the chilled Jello. Pour. Place in a large bowl or into individual dessert cups.
