CORN BREAD 
DRY INGREDIENTS:

1 c. flour
3/4 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar

Combine dry ingredients.

WET INGREDIENTS:

1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

Combine wet ingredients. Mix dry and wet ingredients. Bake in 9x9 inch pan at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
