LETTUCE TURKEY ROLLS | |
2 tbsp. soy 3 tbsp. dry sherry 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. ginger 1 lb. ground turkey 2 lg. green onions, sliced 2 tsp. oil 2 tsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. water 1/3 c. chicken broth 2 tsp. sesame oil 2 tbsp. cilantro (opt.) Combine soy, sherry, sugar, garlic and ginger. Stir in turkey and onion. Heat oil and stir fry 3 to 5 minutes. Combine cornstarch and water and add to turkey. Cook until thick. Sprinkle sesame oil on top. (Sprinkle chopped cilantro.) To eat, put 2 tablespoons mixture on lettuce leaf. Roll like a burrito and eat. |
