OVEN PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 stick butter
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 c. Saltine cracker crumbs
1 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Sesame seeds
Lawry's seasoned salt

Melt butter in medium skillet. Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then in crumb mixture. Place on foil covered shallow baking pan. Spray foil with Pam. Sprinkle sesame seeds on lightly, then a light sprinkle of seasoned salt. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.

NOTE: Leftover crumbs freeze well and are good for sprinkling on casseroles or vegetables, etc.
