CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chutney (Major Grays)
3/4 tsp. curry powder
4 c. cooked chicken or turkey, white meat coarsely cut
1 c. chopped celery
1 (6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 lb. seedless grapes (optional)
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Mix together the first 4 ingredients and toss with the chicken, celery, water chestnuts, pineapple chunks, and grapes. Just before serving, sprinkle with almonds. Serves 8.
