MARINARA SAUCE 
1/3 c. oil
1/8 c. onion, chopped
1 can crushed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. oregano
Mushrooms (if desired)
2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Saute onion and garlic in oil in large skillet. Add tomatoes, parsley, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
