CHICKEN POT PIE | |
1 whole chicken, boiled and picked 4 potatoes, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 carrots, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1/2 c. flour 2 c. chicken broth 1 can biscuits (or make your own) Boil chicken and pick off bone. Chop all vegetables and boil until tender. Put chicken in bottom of baking pan. Then layer drained vegetables on chicken. Mix small amount of flour to broth, just slightly thickened. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Then layer biscuits on top. Bake at 350 degrees until biscuits brown. |
