TUNA SPAGHETTI 
1/2 stick butter
2 cloves garlic
3/4 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can albacore tuna in spring water
1/2 pkg. thin spaghetti

Start pasta. Melt butter in skillet. Finely grate or press garlic cloves into butter. Saute, but do not brown. Add half and half (milk will not work), basil and oregano. Heat until almost boiling. Lower heat and add Parmesan cheese. Stir, then add tuna, breaking it into small pieces. Heat until pasta is done. Serve over pasta. Serves 2.
