PASTA WITH TOMATOES 
1 lb. macaroni, any style
1 lb. Mozzarella
3-4 lg. tomatoes
1 lg. onion
2 cloves garlic
Oregano
Basil
Salt
Pepper
1/ 2 c. olive oil

Cook macaroni per package directions. Peel and dice tomatoes; saute 20 minutes in pan with spices. Saute onions and garlic until soft in 1/2 cup olive oil. Shred Mozzarella.

Drain macaroni; add tomatoes and Mozzarella. Pour olive oil with onions and garlic on top and mix well. Serve with crusty Italian bread.
