LENTIL SPAGHETTI 
2 (29 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (29 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
1 to 1 1/2 c. lentils
1 onion
1 green pepper
1/4 to 1/2 lb. mushrooms
Oregano
1-2 bay leaves
Parsley
Basil
Sage
Spaghetti
Cheese, grated

Boil water and add lentils. Cook 20 minutes - not necessary to drain water. Add all ingredients - spices to your liking. Simmer at least 30 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti and top with grated cheese.
