CAJUN RICE 
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. Long Grain rice
1/2 c. chopped peppers
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. celery flakes
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper, depending on taste
1/4 tsp. cumin
4 c. hot water
1 lb. ground beef, cooked almost done

Saute first five ingredients add other ingredients and cook ground beef. Simmer approximately 30 minutes (Do not stir while simmering). Add more water if needed.
