CARAMEL FLAN 
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (14 oz.) condensed milk
1 3/4 c. milk
2 oz. cream cheese, softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt sugar to liquid state, continue to boil until a rich caramel color. Pour sugar to cover the bottom of a flan pan (or ceramic souffle dish).

Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly on mixing machine.

Pour over the caramelized sugar; place flan pan in a water bath. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Let cool. Cut around sides and invert onto a plate.
