BETTY'S FAVORITE SALAD | |
1 head lettuce, torn & dried 1 sm. head cauliflower, cut in sm. pieces 1 sm. onion, sliced into rings 1 (12 oz.) pkg. bacon, cooked & crumbled 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Hidden Ranch (Original dressing) mix Layer vegetables and bacon in order given. Combine mayonnaise and dry salad dressing mix. "Frost" salad with dressing. Cover with plastic wrap and seal tight. (Store, refrigerated, overnight or for several hours.) Toss before serving. Serves 8-10. (Frozen, cooked peas and rinsed, chopped artichoke hearts may also be added before the bacon.) |
