BETTY'S FOUR-CUP SALAD 
1 c. mandarin oranges
1 c. crushed or chunks pineapple
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 c. sour cream

Drain mandarin and pineapple. Mix well and add marshmallows. Fold in sour cream and chill thoroughly before serving.

This is a versatile salad that may be changed for individual tastes by substituting or adding additional fruits, however, this is my favorite.
