BEEF PORCUPINES 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. precooked rice (1/2 c. raw)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water

Mix beef, rice, onion, and seasonings. Form into small balls. Fry until light brown on all sides. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce and water. Mix well. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes for precooked rice and 45 minutes for raw rice.
