BEEF ORIENTAL | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 lg. onion & 1 c. celery, chopped 3 tbsp. butter 1 1/3 c. cooked rice (MJB beef or chicken) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 soup can hot water 1 med. can bean sprouts 2-3 tbsp. soya sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 sm. can water chestnuts or chow mein vegetables 1 lg. can chow mein noodles Saute celery and onion in butter. Put in large casserole. Brown hamburger, add rice mixture and add to casserole. Heat soups, water, bean sprouts, pepper, chestnuts or chow mein vegetables and soya sauce. Add to other ingredients, cover and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with noodles and bake 20 to 25 minutes uncovered. |
