MAMA'S VEAL DRESSING FOR TURKEY 
2 lbs. ground veal
2 or 3 eggs
3 loaves sliced old bread
2 to 4 cubes chicken broth
1 bunch celery
1 sm. onion
1 liver and heart, cut up
1 stick butter
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. sage

Loosen meat in baking dish and microwave 5 minutes. Stir. Chop onion and slice celery in food processor. Put onion, celery and butter in separate dish and microwave until soft. Stir after 5 minutes. Don't over cook. Dissolve chicken broth in boiling water. Pour over 3 loaves broken up bread in large mixing bowl. Stir well. Add eggs and seasoning. Add veal and celery and onion. Use more or less seasoning and broth. For moist dressing mix well and store in refrigerator overnight. Clean, dress and stuff turkey in morning.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
