SESAME `N EGGS 
2 eggs
1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. thyme leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. sliced zucchini (1/8" thick slices)
2 tsp. sesame seeds, lightly toasted

In small bowl combine eggs, water and seasonings; set aside. In 9 inch skillet heat butter over medium heat until bubbly and hot; add onion and saute until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add zucchini and continue to saute, stirring frequently, until zucchini is fork tender. Add egg mixture and sesame seed and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are set, about 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
