CHILES RELLENOS SQUARES 
2 (4 oz.) cans green chiles, drained
3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese (12 oz.)
4 eggs, beaten
15 sq. or 9-inch pie

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Sprinkle green chiles and cheese evenly on bottom of 8-inch square pan or 9-inch pie. Pour eggs over cheese mix and bake 1 hour until firm in center.

Remove from oven. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares. Serve, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat by baking 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Serves 6.
